PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINING
This 3-Day focused course in Project Management Office designed for those seeking to gain practical, hands-on project management skills. It will cover the basic principles of project management, including getting started; project planning and risk analysis; providing practical training in the use of MS project, Excel beginner to intermediate level and MS PowerPoint. The course is unique because it focuses on learning project management office by "doing", rather than by "reading".
Are you looking for a career as a PMO analyst, Project Coordinator or Project Manager? If the answer is yes, then look no further. This course is the right course for you!
The Project Management Office course classroom is scheduled to meet on weekends from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm for 5 weeks.

£499 per participant. The fee covers 3 day Classroom learning and 2 day virtual learning over 4 weekends, all course materials, Microsoft office package and buffet lunch.
Places are limited to 12 delegates for each three day course, please book early to avoid disappointment.
